Who we are?
NO HARMe is a national office established within the hospital pharmacy administration in CAPA for the purpose of Detecting, Learning and Reducing MEs.
What is our vision?
NO HARM to the any patient from medication errors.
What we aim?
Taking the lead and collaborating nationally to improve health care quality and increase medication safety by Detecting, Learning and Reducing MEs.
What should we do?
. Collect MEs reports into a national reporting system.
. Review and analyze ME reports.
.Develop recommendation & actions based on the analysis.
.Publish and disseminate information on safe medication practices.
.Develop educational programs and campaigns for safe medication use.
.Setting standard guidelines for MEs reporting& prevention.
.Work with other policy makers and manufacturers to improve products
packaging and labeling.
