Follow-up & Communication department

•  Follow-up & communication department is responsible for reviewing & investigating customer complaint, determining the need for further customer service after consultation with appropriate committee experts.
•  Granting fast track designation for human medicines to accelerate the review of drugs which show promise in treating a serious or life-threatening disease and address an unmet medical need.
•  Reviewing & granting approval for changing (Applicant, Marketing authorization holder, License holder) for imported human medicines under registration process.
•  Internal communication between registration departments.
•  Following-up external & internal various issues.
•  Participation in the development projects.
